Lawrence's background in Real Estate is multi-faceted, having worked in the local resale market, as well as, onsite experience at Andalusia at Coral Mountain in south La Quinta, and Toscana Country Club in Indian Wells. He also worked for a trust deed investment brokerage supplying capital funding to developers for land acquisitions, construction, and mezzanine financing. He earned his California license in 2004 and Broker's license in 2019. Originally from Glenview, Illinois, golf was the conduit to the Desert for Lawrence.
