Lawrence's background in Real Estate is multi-faceted, having worked in the local resale market, as well as, onsite experience at Andalusia at Coral Mountain in south La Quinta, and Toscana Country Club in Indian Wells. He also worked for a trust deed investment brokerage supplying capital funding to developers for land acquisitions, construction, and mezzanine financing. He earned his California license in 2004 and Broker's license in 2019.
Originally from Glenview, Illinois, golf was the conduit to the Desert for Lawrence. He spent two seasons caddying professionally on the PGA European Tour, followed by another 12 years on The Senior PGA Tour. It was during these years that Lawrence worked for, and with legends of the game; names like Player, Rodriguez, Trevino, Palmer, Nicklaus and Ballesteros. Winters were spent caddying at The Vintage Club in Indian Wells.
Lawrence's Real Estate philosophy is simple. When listing a client’s home, his top priority is to secure the highest possible sale price in the shortest amount of time. When working with buyers, he embraces the challenge of finding the perfect home — and believes the process should be both rewarding and enjoyable.
